This criteria is actually grading your roadies...your technical crew. It may be that the band does this themselves, or they might have recruited a tech crew. Either way to score well on this criteria whoever is doing the set up and take-down needs to know what they are doing. You only have 30 minutes to set-up do you need to be on the ball! This criteria is graded by Victor after the last piece of equipment have been put back into the store following the gig.
